Went back a second time as a tide-over before a big dinner and shared a vegan tan tan men bowl. I had A take a photo of me posing with the empty bowl to commemorate the occasion. Really enjoyed the grilled marinated shiitake - so much good texture and flavor. Soup was so flavorful and rich and umami bomb, nice tickle of spice. Told the woman I was having a hard time choosing because I usually get whatever is the one vegetarian ramen and she asked rapid fire 3 questions and recommended the Spicy Miso. You just gotta trust they know what they're doing and order from the menu or the specials. That said, they are strict and will not customize. They make vegan/vegetarian versions of most ramens on their menu. ![]() “Look, it's in a food court in a mall so that's the ambiance, 'tho really not bad and you eat out of real bowls with real spoons in an air conditioned space and lots of parking so pretty great IMO and quick. Kozo Sushi has been the most popular fast food take out sushi restaurant in. I went at about 8am and they were out of a lot of things, unfortunately. The woman in the front is efficient in getting orders packed and with payment. I will certainly miss their okazu-ya!This little hole in the wall usually has a line, but it moves daily quickly. When I got there, they had a sign that said they are closing from and they will be stopping Okazu-ya style and turning transitioning into selling premade bentos. I will definitely come back - probably at lunchtime, since ai don't like waiting for a table.“I heard that Chi-Chan's was closing, so I rushed over to make sure I got some food before they closed. I think we got out of there for around $45 after tip. Food came out within ten minutes, and we were able to enjoy our meal without having to overly rush, despite our short timeframe. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. I especially like that they have several combos, so we ordered a sushi combo and a Bento combo with hot tea and shared. As I understand it, this place can get really busy during the dinner rush, so we felt lucky to get in.
